Job Description for Executive Recruiter (360 desk)
 Nature and Scope of this position:
This is a new position within The Staff Room and it was created to help in a couple of capacities.  There is a need for generating new business and providing customer service to existing clients. When required fulfill clients’ needs for new hires by way of recruiting and head hunting. Proof reading documents before they are printed or presented to clients. The President requires a status report every 2 weeks.  
Employment Requirements
  • Completion of secondary school is required.
  • A university degree or completion of a college or other program required.
  • Experience in sales or in an occupation related to the product or service is usually required.

Job Requirements:

Main Duties:

  • generate and qualify leads
  • filling client recruiting needs in a timely manner
  • source and develop client referrals 
  • make calls to new and past clients and track on tracking spread sheet
  • negotiate with clients
  • respond to customer inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
  • ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
  • attend client meeting to do HR audit as needed
  • obtain job order for recruiting
  • head hunt in order to fill job order for clients vacant position
  • follow up on client activity
  • participate in all events
  • Attend training to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures
