Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Service Team Lead to achieve sales & retention targets, building upon established F500 clients & develop new business by capitalizing on our expertise of superior service, using your management skills.

Accountabilities:

·         Communication & Interaction: Manage relationships in current and prospective clients to attain sales and revenue targets.

·         Customer Focus: Works with existing client portfolio to maintain rapport and ensure overall satisfaction of services provided.

·         Problem Resolution & Decision Making: Works with the guidelines of our quality assurance policy to resolve issues in line with the processes and procedures in all areas of the company.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

·         Attend weekly meetings and monitors the completion of performance objectives.

·         Monitors all sales objectives to ensure targets are met.

·         Build strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

·         Use company resources to identify prospect clients

·         Resolve customer service complaints/concerns in a timely manner.

·         Writes proposals, Tenders, RFQ, RFP, and prepares quotes and correspondence.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

·         Hands on position with 2-4 years Canadian service industry experience in a small office environment working with a team of 5 sales people.

·         Multi-tasking performing a full range of Sales activities, to build corporate clients while improving the service to existing clients.

·         Excellent communications skills: Both written and oral.

·         Good Organizational/interpersonal skills.

·         Good computer skills: MS Office 2016 or MS Office 365 Cloud working with Skype

·         Ability to train and monitor staff members on various systems and procedures.
