Job Description:


This position entails assisting in the coordination and facilitation of work for our team of Field Service Technicians, and providing superior customer service to our customers.


·         Contacting customers on maintenance scheduling and confirmations

·         Contacting customers regarding contract renewals

·         Facilitating customer warranty claims

·         Ensuring that customer Purchase Orders are in place before jobs are performed

·         Working with the with Office Administrator to ensure that all customers are invoiced promptly

·         Ensuring that staff safety training certifications are up to date (WSIB, First Aid, etc)

  • Filing and recordkeeping for all service files
  • Updating database

Job Requirements:

Preference will be given to candidates with the following qualifications:

·         College diploma in business administration or equivalent experience

·         Excellent customer service skills

·         Excellent communication skills, written and oral

·         Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational/administrative skills

·         Ability to multi-task and work in a very fast-paced environment

·         Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

·         Experience in the electrical or utility industry
