Job Description:

Our client within the Staffing Industry, with various locations in the GTA, is looking to hire a Client Engagement Manager!  Reporting to the Regional Vice President, the Client Engagement Manager role is primarily Client focused. Success in this role will be determined by your ability to effectively develop new business, manage relationships with existing clients, and actively contribute to the growth of our organization. You must have high energy, be self-motivated, and have the ability to quickly develop rapport and maintain professional relationships at all levels. You have a strong work ethic, are able to stay on top of details and have the ability to manage & prioritize multiple ongoing projects. 
  • Manage a group of client relationships – building rapport and trust with decision makers at all levels; keeping in regular contact; and addressing talent acquisition needs for both permanent and interim hires.
  • Develop new relationships – identify new prospects, build connections, etc.
  • Close new sales opportunities through sales lead follow-up.  Further drive sales growth.
  • Plan and execute daily, weekly and monthly sales strategies to achieve sales objectives. 

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to effectively persuade others and negotiate high value transactions in a fair & equitable manner.
  • Ability to operate with discipline & speed, while ensuring policies and procedures are properly followed.
  • Clear insight and understanding of the Sales cycle and related metrics within the Staffing industry
  • Previous experience with CRM/ATS systems would be an asset
  • Proficiency with MS Office products, and experience and skill managing a presence with different social media platforms
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to write persuasively, present to small and large groups; and build effective rapport with people of various demographics, cultures, and professional levels.
At least 3 years in a Sales or Client facing role within the Staffing Industry or 5 years in a high volume B2B Sales focused role within the Service industry, catering to Executive-level business leaders, generating annual Gross Sales of at least $500K.
