Job Description:

Our client in the Promotional Product industry is currently looking for an experienced Bilingual Marketing & Sales Professional with experience in sales, graphic design and social media to join their team! 
  • Collaborate with team on marketing strategies targeting the Quebec Territory
  • Visit existing and new clients on regular basis, mainly in the GTA, however some clients will require long distance travel (majority of time in Ontario)
  • Presentations to clients, in person or via online meetings.
  • Generate creative ideas, campaigns, products and suggestions to present to clients and/or prospects
  • Work closely with multiple suppliers to source products and negotiate pricing in order to prepare presentations
  • Helping to host and manage marketing events.
  • Assist with multiple projects related to company marketing and sales initiatves
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with suppliers by following up on orders consistently and tactfully
  • Use social media platforms such as LinkedIn to market brand, products and overall, leverage company network.
  • Assist with the design of internal and external marketing, including graphic design and web design
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Frequent travel will be required for this opportunity.

Job Requirements:

  • Fluent in French and English (reading, writing and speaking) a MUST
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (oral & written)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
  • Must demonstrate initiative and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to think creatively with a strong understanding of how to build client focused marketing/sales material.
  • Ability and willingness to travel across Canada and to the US
  • Ability and willingness to do presentations in a group setting
  • Product knowledge video creation (30 sec clips) an asset
  • Experience in graphic and web design an asset
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, and Acrobat as well as Word Press, and Microsoft Office 365 an asset
  • Knowledge of print design vs web design. Word press experience an asset
  • Excellent organizational, problem solving skills and multi-tasking skills
  • Knowledge of social media and online marketing (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
