Job Title: Order Desk/Customer Service Administrator

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Reporting To: Operations Manager

Location: Oakville

Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Job Overview:
Our client is looking for a Order Desk/Customer Service Administrator to join their team. This role is responsible for providing a full range of activities which support the sales cycle. 

  • Support the sales cycle by monitoring steady flow of sales orders from receipt of customers purchase to delivery at clients locations, following up on orders as necessary  
  • Analyze and input all purchase orders and relevant information onto ERP system
  • Collaborate with diverse departments, including Warehouse, Operations, Quality Control, Sales and Finance, on issues related to orders, delivery arrangements, payment processes and etc.  
  • Note any discrepancies and manage internal and customer inquiries over phone, email and in person 
  • Support the general office and complete administrative tasks/projects as assigned 

Job Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in a data entry/customer service role
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills when analyzing and inputting data
  • Excellent communication skills, demonstrating ability to collaborate with diverse teams/departments
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines 
  • Comfortable completing repetitive tasks 
  • Display strong professionalism and positive attitude
  • Proficient with MS Office and ERP/Accounting systems such as NAV and Sage
