Title: Account Manager (1 year contract with possibility of renewal)
Reporting To:  Chief Business Officer.  Sir2N Partners Inc.                
 
YouAreUNLTD is hiring a Toronto based, full time Account Director who can dazzle a very dynamic and fast-growing client base.    The Account Director will lead and oversee the deliverables associated with client sponsorship of the YouAreUNLTD initiative, developing and evolving the profitability and growth of client accounts.   The Account Director will also support the Marketing and Sales related project management needs of the YouAreUNLTD team.   As this is a start up and growing business, the Account Director will work with the YouAreUNLTD management team to flexibly meet new account and project management needs as the business evolves.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Lead the day to day management of YouAreUNLTD client and sponsors, executing on the programs, including media and marketing communications that have been contractually agreed upon
  • Meet with clients to create and manage detailed briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
  • Lead and manage budgets, project plans and timetables to successfully deliver all required programs
  • Continuously solicit relevant content from clients and sponsors that can be used editorially as well as for marcom purposes
  • Work closely with clients and sponsors to ensure a seamless and positive experience with the YouAreUNLTD brand
  • Build strong working relationship with all YouAreUNLTD stakeholders with priority focus on clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and recommend ongoing improvement to client and sponsor management processes
  • Identify new business and revenue opportunities with clients and sponsors such as creative or marketing communication support
  • Create and manage the YouAreUNLTD master marketing communication calendar
  • Be a brand ambassador for YouAreUNLTD

Job Requirements:

Relevant Experience and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 7 to 10 years’ experience in communication agency account and project management
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • High integrity, high service orientation
  • Advanced time management and analytical skills
  • High working skill with Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills
  • Leadership and Proactivity
  • “Can Do”, positive attitude
  • Ability to work in fast evolving, entrepreneurial environment
General
  • Must have a home-based office
  • Willing to travel to client locations and work from various locations , may be up to 25% with own vehicle
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry an asset
