Job Description:

Our client, a not-for-profit religious organization, is looking for an office manager/administrative assistant in the Mississauga area. The hours for this position are Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensuring the smooth administrative running of the organization
  • Developing and maintaining systems
  • Administrative support: email management, scheduling, correspondences 
  • Processing of incoming and outgoing payments
  • Preparation of materials, reports, presentations
  • Social media management
  • Assistance with website maintenance
  • Providing administrative support to other members of the senior management team, as needed
  • Assisting with event planning and execution, as needed

Job Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3 years of administrative or office management experience
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Outlook
  • Working knowledge of quickbooks
  • Effective time management skills
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Time management
  • Team Player
  • Flexiability and initiative
