TorontoJobs.ca is looking to expand our team!  Exciting growth is happening within our organization for 2020 and we are looking to add a Recruiter to our team.
 
For 15 years, TorontoJobs.ca has been an expert in the Employment Industry in the Greater Toronto Area.  We have assisted 1000’s of candidates find employment across the city and worked with some of the top employers in the GTA.  We take pride in what we do and we are looking for someone to join our team that supports our mission to #findpeopleemployment!

Recruitment:

• Work temporary and permanent recruiting orders.
• Post job opportunities on TorontoJobs.ca job board, social media and other city job boards.
• Find creative ways to source candidates.
• Support resume mining packages by screening candidates for positions
• Interview candidates for positions – in person, skype, facetime, telephone
• Review and respond to emails in the general delivery mailbox.
• Work our TorontoJobs.ca booth at job fairs – taking in resumes/screening candidates.
• Represent TorontoJobs.ca at other job fairs/community outreach events

 Sales:

• Sell all TorontoJobs.ca services – Recruitment, Job Board, Job Fairs, Coaching, Outplacement, etc.
• Follow-up on previous recruiting orders.
• Contact clients that are posting jobs on TorontoJobs.ca to promote other services.
• Work our TorontoJobs.ca booth at Toronto Entrepreneurs Conference & Tradeshow
• Participate in business development initiative by connecting with potential clients through phone and email outreach
