THE POSITION:
The role of 360 Recruiter consists of business development, account management, and recruitment responsibilities within the Staffing Industry.

This will include consistent interaction with clients and candidates throughout the full-cycle recruitment process. The 360 Recruiter will be required to work both independently and in a team environment.
 
Job Responsibilites: 
 
Recruitment:

  • Full-cycle recruitment for temporary and permanent job orders.
  • Posting of jobs on a variety of job boards and social media.
  • Finding creative ways to source candidates.
  • Interviewing candidates for both permanent and temporary positions.
  • Coordinating client and candidate interviews, along with preparing and coaching candidates for screening process.
  • Conduct reference and background checks.
Sales/Account Management:
  • Making a high volume of daily calls to clients and prospects regarding recruitment leads.
  • Regularly attending in-person sales meetings with clients and prospects.
  • Consistently working to retrieve leads for potential business.
  • Negotiating fees, salaries, and employment packages.

Job Requirements:

  • University degree or college diploma in a related field, such as HR, Business Administration, Accounting 
  • A minimum of 2 years related experience within a recruitment and sales role OR experience in an accounting related role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong and genuine self-drive and resilience.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Strong computer skills and knowledgeable with social media.
  • Extremely team-oriented.
  • Access to a vehicle is considered a strong asset.
