Roles and Responsibilities

As a Recruitment and Administrative Coordinator, you will have the unique opportunity to assist our team of Account Managers with ongoing temporary and permanent searches, while providing exceptional front-line reception/customer service support.

Reception/Administrative Support:
  • Managing a high volume of incoming calls, taking messages, and greeting interviews/walk-in's to the office in a professional and timely manner
  • Providing strong customer service, answering candidate questions and assisting with basic troubleshooting
  • Liaising with operations in regards to office inventory
  • Assisting with occasional events coordination and catering requests for team lunch n' learns, etc
  • Perform various administrative tasks including data entry

Recruitment Support:
  • Providing consistent recruiting support to team members for open temporary and permanent positions in various industries across the GTA
  • Composing and posting job advertisements on internal and external sites
  • Sourcing, screening and presenting top qualified applicants/candidates to recruitment team
  • Conducting pre-screen telephone interviews
  • Utilizing external recruitment sites to source candidates for niche roles, including but not limited to LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, etc
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews for team members
  • Assisting in writing candidate presentations and preparing short-lists
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Operating with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

Qualifications and Experience
Must have:
  • Previous experience offering exceptional customer service
  • Self-motivated with a friendly, go-getter personality
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment while handling a high-call volume
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Strengths in multi-tasking, prioritizing, and time management
  • Natural curiosity about people, their backgrounds and experience
  • Experience and passion for working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Technical aptitude in the use of business software and applicant tracking systems

Education and Certifications

Minimum education required: University Degree or College Diploma
