Events Support:
  • Graphic Design - Creation of banners, logos & digital ads
  • Post updates on all of our social media channels
  • Updating and maintaining information into our virtual events system 
  • Setting up exhibitors, sponsors, speakers and attendees on the events system
  • Admin and marketing support of our events 
  • Creating and posting social media messages (Hootsuite, Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
  • Creation of PowerPoint presentations as needed
  • Set up and coordinating registration pages

Job Requirements:

YOU ARE:
  • Meticulously organized 
  • Driven and creative
  • Focused and dedicated
  • Have an educational background in Marketing and/or Events, or a related field
  • Looking for a long-term position
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms
