Job Description:

TorontoJobs.ca is currently looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant for a new office in Mississauga (near 401 and Mississauga Road).
 
This role supports our overall organization. 

This role can also be part-time (9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.) Monday to Friday if a candidate was interested.
 
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Supporting the President of the company
  • Ordering of supplies – toner, office supplies, cups, etc.
  • Payments of Accounts payable by credit card
  • Checking of credit card statements with receipts and filing
  • Overall Support of the division
  • Setting up of computers/administration as needed
  • Send accounts receivable statements to clients
  • Support recruiting initiatives 
  • Going to bank for daily deposits
  • Checking of Mail
  • Daily calls/meetings with President
  • Putting together Powerpoint presentations as needed
  • Other support and responsibilities as may be assigned by the President
 
Skills Required
 
  • A take charge person with initiative is a must.
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Excellent written skills
  • Experience in an administrative, customer service and/or marketing role would be a strong asset
  • Initiative, motivated individual needed who can multi-task.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and computer skills required.
  • Car would be an asset
