We are located in Mississauga (near 401/Mississauga Road) and are looking for an Office Manager to join our team. This position reports to the President of TorontoJobs.ca and could either be part-time (20-30 hours per week) or full-time (Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.).

Some responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinating offices - lease, renewals
  • Internal staffing - offers, office files, posting of jobs, etc.
  • Setting up of computers
  • Cross-checking credit card receipts to statements, ensuring records are up-to-date
  • Invoicing to clients using QuickBooks Online (QBO); creating invoices, reminders and statements
  • Coordinating with high schools regarding coops
  • Help recruiting for internal staff
  • Processing credit card payments, paying invoices and managing incoming transactions
  • Following up on accounts receivable amounts owing via QBO
  • Organizing staff recognition events
  • Supporting any accounting requests from the President
  • Other duties as may be assigned including helping at our events as needed
Job Requirements:

Skills Required
  • Experience in a similar Office Manager role (minimum 2 years of experience)
  • Completion of a University degree or College diploma.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and computer skills required.
  • Experience with Quickbooks Online (QBO) would be an asset
  • A take charge person with initiative is a must
