Job Description:

Our TorontoJobs.ca client, a Property Management organization located in Markham, is currently looking to fill a Property Administrator role.

In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:
 
  • Setup utility accounts for properties across Canada;
  • Arrange utility reconnection appointments and coordinate tasks with Field Inspectors;
  • Input utility information into applicable systems and maintain data integrity;
  • Obtain quotations related to utilities;
  • Manage database of portfolio utility activity and provide regular reporting;
  • Investigate billing queries and follow up on final billing;
  • Relationship management with utility providers across Canada;
  • Follow up on contracts and insurance documentation from sub trades;
  • Input information required for contractor registration site; This person should ideally have the following skill sets:
  • Strong customer service background;
  • Supplier relationship;
  • Experience in reviewing quotations and generating work orders;
  • Innovative decision maker;
  • Ability to work independently but also well within a team;
  • Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act is not required, but an asset;
  • Proficient experience with Microsoft Office applications and Windows based programs;
  • Capacity to perform under a sense of urgency and meet timelines;
