Our TorontoJobs.ca client, a leading Professional Service Outsourcing Firm located in the GTA, is currently recruiting for a Business Developmetn and Team Leader with a CFO Service Firm.
 

The management of the firm are CPAs. 

 

Key Deliverable

  • Develop, service and manage a portfolio of clients and group of CFOs providing value-added Part-Time and Interim CFO services to Clients.  Build a profitable team and contribute. 

 

 

Key Winning Activities:

  • Find, Cultivate and Nurture Clients/Future Clients (GTA and/or outlying cities)

  • Sell Services being Part-Time, Fractional, Interim and/or Contract for the CFO level. This is mainly in SME businesses, however it will also be for larger firms.

  • Recruit the “cream of the crop” proven-track-record CFOs to service the area. (Finding, Interviewing, Screening, Matching, Relationship building )

  • Build and keep building, upgrading and servicing your CFO Team.

  • Maintain those on-going actions that keep clients and CFOs happy. Instill that they are dealing with a very high quality services firm that cares about them and achieves a good ROI..

 

 

Essential Qualifications and Skills to be  a successful Team Leader

  1. Tenacity and Determination, with a flair for Entrepreneurism 

  2. Experienced CFO or very-senior level Accounting & Finance Background (or senior level Commercial Banking Accountant Manager/Leader/ Business Developer)

  3. Presence, Personna and Professionalism. Communication Skills history in effectively dealing with CEOs, Entrepreneurs, SME Owners and CFOs.

  4. Timely, fast to respond  and very accessible. Client service oriented.

  5. Minimum 25 hours a week commitment and more if you so desire. 

  6. Have fun at work, and can lead a Team of CFOs.   At time same time being focused on making money is important to you.

  7. Volume of, and Quality of, your Connections to the right Business Leaders

  8. Demonstrated an Active, Current and Developed LinkedIn Profile

  9. Thrive in a Collaborative Environment.  Comfortable in working “Virtually” 

  10. Consultative & Build-Trust approach addressing client needs and uncovering problems. especially in cases where they don’t know what they don’t know. (spend reluctance) 

  11. You  can “Sell”,  stamina, and know what sales is about and what it’s not

  12. You know how to identify and recruit Top Talent, not mediocre.

  13. Strong LinkedIn user, proven daily habits. always current, compelling profile and proficient in navigation
