Job Description:

Dream Home Realty Inc. seeks a Full-time Property Management Operations Coordinator to provide excellent services in our property management business.
About the Position
Title: Property Management Operations Coordinator
Reports to: the company CEO
Salary: $23.00 / hour
Schedule: Mon-Sun, 9.00am-5.30pm; available to work overtime when required (not often)
Responsibilities and Duties
+ Responsible for all property rental and leasing-related matters such as negotiations, approvals, and contract preparations
+ Manage all tenant correspondence, move-in's and move-out's, and preparation of all related documents variances
+ Interface with tenants and vendors on work order requests, on-site maintenance, improvement projects and events
+ Develop strong relationships with tenants and vendors
+ Conduct regular property inspections
+ Coordinate and process tenant and vendor files
+ Follow up on monthly rent cheque/payment
+ Deal with complaints and advice from tenants

Education and Experience Requirements 
+ High School Graduate, B.A. or B.S. in related field preferred
+ 3+ Years of related work experience in property management
+ Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
+ Problem solving
+ Customer service
+ Attention to Details
