Job Description:
Our client in Toronto is seeking for a Legal Adminsitrative Assistant to help facilitate day-to-day operations.
This law firm focuses on health law.
Responsibilities include:
File intake - incoming and outgoing
Relay client inquiries accordingly
Scheduling
Organizing and maintaining legal documents
Screen and redirect phone calls
Appear before the court when necessary
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have:
Strong clerical skills
Experience with MS Office and legal software
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Knowledge and experience in health law in Ontario
Experience with working in one of the following environments in the legal department:
Hospitals
Long-term care facilities
Medical clinics
