The
Home Renovator/Lead Hand will be a multi-skilled tradesperson with experience in the home renovation industry including:
- Experience working with customers/homeowners/leasing office
- Experience prepping the site and working with sub-trades
- Assist with the coordination of sub-trades, material deliveries, carpenters and labourers
- Understand and implement construction drawings
- Execute rough and finish carpentry, minor drywall/taping, and other aspects of residential home building
