We are a premiere provider of recruiting services for our clients and run some of the largest events in Canada (both virtual and live).
We are currently recruiting for a Supervisor, Business Development to help grow our events business.
Remote work options available and this role can be full-time or part-time during regular business hours.
This role would be to sell our events including those showing on
EventLogik.ca.
Responsibilities:
- Calling and emailing prospects
- Having discussions with prospects on all our services and the best solution for their needs
- Prospect for business from our database and create your own sales leads
- Source new and prospective leads
- This position will be involved with hiring to build the sales team
Skills Required
- A take charge person with initiative is a must
- Previous experience with a CRM
- Excellent organization skills
- Excellent communications skills A MUST both verbal and written
- Strong computer skills required
- College or University graduate
- Driven to overachieve your targets
- Excellent research skills
- Management of staff
- Proven record of managing and growing teams / staff
- Strong negotiating skills
