Job Description:

TorontoJobs.ca has partnered with a client in Mississauga on their search for a Customer Support Coordinator.
 
In this front-facing role, you will be the first point of contact for the company and will serve as liaison between internal departments and its customers.
 
This role does not offer remote work arrangement. You will be required to come to the office daily. To ensure the safety of its staff, outsiders are permitted entry by appointment only and all other safety precautions are observed. Free onsite parking is available.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Accurately enter customer information and orders into a software
  • Assist in developing customer database and research industry profiles
  • Quickly respond to customer enquiries by telephone and email
  • Prepare quotations by email
  • Follow up on customer orders / quotations
  • Any other duties as assigned
 
Requirements:
  • A positive attitude
  • Driven and self-motivated
  • Punctual
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • 2-4 years of commercial office experience
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Effective customer service
  • Completion of Post-secondary education
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
