Job Description: is on a search for a Recruitment Assistant to join our growing team.

This role can be done remotely - candidates from all over Canada are welcome to apply!

Part-time or full-time during regular business hours (8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST).

As a Recruitment Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of recruiting and administrative duties.
  • Post job openings on website and various platforms including social media
  • Update tracking sheets to ensure tasks are completed
  • Search for talent
  • Conduct 1-2 interviews a day
  • Send out messages and blasts for recruiting division
  • Participate in recruiting events
  • Provide administrative support (data-entry, communication, coordination, training, special projects)
  • Manage social media inbox such as LinkedIn and Facebook
  • Copying emails and organizing in appropriate categories for email blasts
  • Any other duties as required
  • Post secondary education - recent graduates are welcome to apply!
  • Previous experience in a recruitment firm is a great asset
  • Highly motivated

  • Excellent written communication with a strong grasp of grammar and spelling
