Job Description:

Our client, a boutique public accounting firm, is looking for a Receptionist to join their growing Administrative team. Their administrators provide support allowing them to better serve their clients and their team. The ideal candidate is self-driven, organized, has strong attention to detail and communication skills.

General Administrative duties:

  • Answering and forwarding phone calls, greeting clients
  • Arranging couriers, ordering supplies, sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Photocopying, scanning and client mailings (including electronic correspondence
  • Typing of various correspondence and document
  • Management and sorting of client correspondenc
  • Assist with seasonal tax duties such as preparing tax packages as require
  • Provide ongoing administrative and clerical support as requested to partners and managers

Job Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in office administration an asset
  • Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Solid oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional client service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks and work in a deadline driven environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team environment
