Job Description:

Our client, a public accounting firm located in Mississauga, is looking to add a Receptionist to their team!

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • General reception and client enquiries
  • Collation of client final product
  • Electronically provide product to clients via Sharefile / Right Signature (in some cases)
  • Monitoring the administrative functions status of all projects via client tracking software 
  • Assigned work must be kept up to date and deadlines must be met

Job Requirements:

  • Strong work ethic, diligent, committed and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment and produce work that demonstrates attention to detail
  • A strong working knowledge of Word and Excel software
  • Strong people skills and comfort level acting as first point of contact
  • Excellent communication skills and high level of professionalism 
  • Ability to multitask, along with strong time management and organizational skills
  • Previous experience with a public accounting firm is an asset
