As a part-time UI/UX Designer you will help us create an industry-leading user experience for our users across all our platforms including browsers, ios and andriod.
You will facilitate the discovery and development of design best practices across the organization , and display these through UI components, patterns and guidelines
The chosen candidate will be one of the first employees working with a small team and will have the opportunity to dabble in different roles.

Job Responsibilities:
- Keep up-to-date with UX design and design thinking best practices and principle, user research methodology and usability testing tools
- Lead the design of digital features for web and mobile
- Take ownership to drive the UX strategy
- Create sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes
- Document work
- Collaborate with our agile team
- Communicate with team on MS Teams
- Attend daily stand-up meetings
- Provide input and ideas that solve problems
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience designing mobile and responsive experiences
- Solid UX and UI Practice/Process portfolio demonstrating impactful customer experiences, including experience developing digital products from initial concept through to implementation
- A degree in design (design strategy/management, information management, user-centred design)
- Proficiency in Adobe XD
- Experience in resilient and scalable applications
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Interpersonal skills - being able to get along and collaborate with others
- Flexibility and adaptability - being able to pivot as needed
- Accountability - taking ownership of your work
- Creative - being able to think outside the box
