Job Description:

The role of Account Executive consists of business development and account management, promoting and selling online recruitment features to qualified prospects as well as recruitment services.
 
This will include consistent interaction with clients via phone calls and emails.
 
The Account Executive will be required to work both independently and in a team environment.
 
Job Responsibilities:
 
  • Calling and emailing prospects
  • Having discussions with prospects on all our recruitment services and providing the best solution(s) for their needs
  • Prospecting for business by creating your own sales opportunities
  • Source new and prospective leads
  • Doing demos for potential prospects
  • Meeting daily and weekly activity and sales goals

Job Requirements:

Skills Required:
 
  • A take charge person with initiative is a must
  • Previous experience with a CRM
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Excellent communications skills A MUST both verbal and written
  • Strong computer skills required
  • Will accept a recent College or University graduate
  • Driven to overachieve your targets
  • Excellent research skills
  • Strong negotiating skills

This is a remote position.
