Job Description:

Our client, in the beauty and environmental industry, is looking to add a Warehouse Personnel to their team!

The Warehouse Personnel will work under the guidance of the Site Manager to maintain the local warehouse, all operational equipment, and coordination with regional team members in the absence of the Site Manager or Warehouse Lead.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assisting Site Manager, Operations Coordinator and/or Operations Manager with any ongoing projects (e.g. new materials for the company to explore, new vendors search, accompany any site visits from county, vendors and partners)
  • Assisting the Site Manager, Operations Coordinator and/or Operations Manager to create the most efficient routines and operations
  • Warehousing (to keep the space clean and tidy)
  • Sorting and organizing warehouse
  • Shipping supplies to clients
  • Assisting with the receiving of recyclables at the warehouse
  • Reporting and tracking of collections and weights of materials
  • Vendor relationship: keep good relationships with our recycling and shipping partners, and review the list periodically to have the best in class facilities and vendors
  • Inventory control for all supplies
  • Customer service: regularly reaching out to all of our active hAIRmail salons to “check-in”via phone call, email or text (depending on salons preference).
  • Replacing Logistics personnel while on vacation
  • Sending marketing materials and documents from the office to the clients

  • Comfortable lifting packages of up to 40-50lbs
  • Strong English verbal communication
Education & Experience
  •  High school degree preferred
  • Work experience in a warehouse an asset
  • Has operated and excelled in a fast-paced environment
  • Forklift certification an asset
