Job Overview:
The role of 360 Recruiter consists of business development, account management, and recruitment responsibilities. This will include consistent interaction with clients and candidates throughout the full-cycle recruitment process. The 360 Recruiter will be required to work both independently and in a team environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment:
Full-cycle recruitment for temporary and permanent job orders.
Posting of jobs on a variety of job boards and social media.
Finding creative ways to source candidates.
Support for resume mining packages
Interviewing candidates for both permanent and temporary positions.
Coordinating client and candidate interviews, along with preparing and coaching candidates for screening process.
Conduct reference and background checks.
Sales/Account Management:
Selling all TorontoJobs.ca Recruitment services (B2B sales).
Making daily calls to clients and prospects regarding recruitment leads
Attending sales meetings with clients and prospects
Consistently working to retrieve leads for potential business
Negotiating fees, salaries, and employment packages
Maintaining strong client relationship and representing TorontoJobs.ca with integrity
Other:
Managing and utilizing Recruitment Tracking Sheet to track recruitment activity
Training new/junior staff on various aspects of the job
Serving as a point of contact for administrative support staff as needed
Other related administrative duties
Job Requirements:
University degree or college diploma in a related field, such as HR, Business Administration, etc.
A minimum of 2 years related experience within a recruitment and sales role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong and genuine self-drive and resilience
Ability to multitask
Strong computer skills and knowledgeable with social media
Extremely team-oriented
Access to a vehicle is considered a strong asset
