The TorontoJobs.ca Recruitment Division has an exciting opportunity to join their growing team as a Recruitment Consultant! This position offers the opportunity to work 100% from home. 

Position Type:
Permanent, Full-Time
Reports To: Director of Recruiting Division
Location: Working Remote
 
Job Overview:
The role of 360 Recruiter consists of business development, account management, and recruitment responsibilities. This will include consistent interaction with clients and candidates throughout the full-cycle recruitment process. The 360 Recruiter will be required to work both independently and in a team environment.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
Recruitment:
  • Full-cycle recruitment for temporary and permanent job orders.
  • Posting of jobs on a variety of job boards and social media.
  • Finding creative ways to source candidates.
  • Support for resume mining packages
  • Interviewing candidates for both permanent and temporary positions.
  • Coordinating client and candidate interviews, along with preparing and coaching candidates for screening process.
  • Conduct reference and background checks.
 
Sales/Account Management:
  • Selling all TorontoJobs.ca Recruitment services (B2B sales).
  • Making daily calls to clients and prospects regarding recruitment leads
  • Attending sales meetings with clients and prospects
  • Consistently working to retrieve leads for potential business
  • Negotiating fees, salaries, and employment packages
  • Maintaining strong client relationship and representing TorontoJobs.ca with integrity
 
Other:
  • Managing and utilizing Recruitment Tracking Sheet to track recruitment activity
  • Training new/junior staff on various aspects of the job
  • Serving as a point of contact for administrative support staff as needed
  • Other related administrative duties
 

Job Requirements:

  • University degree or college diploma in a related field, such as HR, Business Administration, etc.
  • A minimum of 2 years related experience within a recruitment and sales role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong and genuine self-drive and resilience
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong computer skills and knowledgeable with social media
  • Extremely team-oriented
  • Access to a vehicle is considered a strong asset
