Job Description: Recruitment Division is on the search for a Recruitment Assistant to join our growing team! This role can be done remotely - candidates from all over Canada are welcome to apply!
Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time or Part-Time
Reports To: Director of Recruiting Division
Location: Working Remote
Job Overview:
The role of Recruiting Assistant consists of administration and recruitment responsibilities. This will include consistent interaction with team members, as well as external candidates. The Recruiting Assistant will be required to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Post job openings on website and various platforms including social media
  • Update tracking sheets to ensure tasks are completed
  • Source resumes and candidates for open positions
  • Conduct 1-2 interviews a day
  • Managing and send out messages and email blasts for recruiting division
  • Provide administrative support (data-entry, communication, coordination, training, special projects)
  • Manage social media inbox such as LinkedIn and Facebook
  • Other duties as required 

Job Requirements:

  • Post secondary education - recent graduates are welcome to apply!
  • Previous experience in a recruitment firm is a great asset
  • Highly motivated
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Previous experience working with MS Office, Google Docs, and various social media platforms
  • Excellent written communication with a strong grasp of grammar and spelling
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • An Aptitude for problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
