We are looking for a confident, detail oriented, go-getter to:
- Facilitate the process with new employer registrations
- Provide after-sales customer service
- Demo the product, both live and recorded
- Report feedback from customers to team
- Conduct training webinars for employers
- Liaison between development team and customers for product and technology feedback
- Cheerleader for the brand
This position entails administrative duties, customer service, soft sales, idea generation, networking and more!
