Company Overview
Our client, an international Sports Coaching company, is looking to add a detail-oriented Accounting/Payroll Coordinator to their growing team!
The ideal candidate is passionate and committed to assisting employees and franchisees with the details that relate to those day-to-day behind the scenes tasks of the business. 
Role and Responsibilities: 
  • Analyzing data and reporting to management
  • Blending data from different software solutions to produce reports 
  • Communicating with franchisees, employees & program partners
  • Collecting new employee files and creating/deactivating profiles in internal software systems 
  • Prepare weekly, bi-weekly, and seasonal payroll spreadsheets and report to Accounting Company 
  • Report on payroll expenses including stat holiday calculations, clothing/merchandise deductions, etc. 
  • Ensure wages and calculations are in accordance with regulations. 
  • Payments and Reconciliation
  • HR communications as this relates to onboarding and exit of employees

Job Requirements:

  • Experience with Payroll and A/R required 
  • Bookkeeping experience required
  • Tech Savvy
  • Proficient with QuickBooks online and Excel
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Suite 
  • Professional and detail oriented
  • Proficient in English - written and verbal 
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment 
  • A love of learning & Innovating to add greater efficiency to tasks
