Overview:
The role of the Recruiter consists of full cycle recruitment from intake calls to making offers and everything in between. The Recruiter will be required to work on purchasing, contracts, various analyst roles, marketing, sales roles.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment:
Full cycle recruitment; This will include consistent interaction with candidates throughout the full-cycle recruitment process
Posting of jobs on a variety of job boards and social media
Finding creative ways to source candidates
Support for resume mining packages
Coordinating client and candidate interviews, along with preparing and coaching candidates for screening process
Conduct reference and background checks
Requirements:
2+ years of relevant experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong and genuine self-drive and resilience
