Job Description:

ABA / IBI Instructor Therapist with RBT designation 
Pay Range: $27-35

ABA / IBI Instructor Therapist Position Instructor Therapist without RBT designation
Pay Range: $25-30

Side by Side ABA Therapy is currently looking for skilled individuals to fill contract Instructor Therapist positions in the GTA and surrounding areas.

Instructor Therapists will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (or other developmental disabilities) in the children’s home while employing IBI / ABA teaching strategies as directed by a Senior Therapist and BCBA.
Successful candidates must collaborate with other team members in the consistent implementation of a student’s behaviour reduction and skill acquisition programs, maintain regular communication with parents as required and participate in scheduled team meetings and training conferences as required.

Job Requirements:

Successful candidates should possess:
  • Outstanding organizational, interpersonal and time management skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other team members
  • A valid Ontario Driver’s License and access to a personal vehicle or other reliable method of transportation
  • A College Diploma or University Degree in a related field
  • ABA/Autism related Diploma/Certificate is an asset.
