We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our administrative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining office efficiency by carrying out day-to-day clerical tasks, managing documentation, and providing essential support to our departments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Documentation: Maintain, update, and organize both digital and physical filing systems.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter and process data into the company’s database and spreadsheets.
  • Communication: Handle incoming phone calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with photocopying, scanning, and distributing mail/documents.
  • Office Support: Monitor and restock office supplies, ensuring a functional work environment.
  • Reporting: Assist in the preparation of basic reports, memos, and professional correspondence.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required (College diploma in Business Administration is an asset).
  • 1-2 years of experience in an office environment or clerical role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A professional attitude and strong attention to detail.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of previous experience in an office environment or clerical role.
