We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining confidential information in our company’s database. Key Responsibilities:
- Data Accuracy: Inputting information from various sources into the digital database with 100% accuracy.
- Record Maintenance: Reviewing, verifying, and correcting data to ensure consistency and completeness.
- Database Management: Maintaining and updating electronic filing systems and spreadsheets.
- Information Security: Handling sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
- Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of basic reports and data summaries for management.
- Administrative Support: Assisting the administrative team with clerical tasks as needed.
Key Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Post-secondary education in business or IT is a plus).
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (min. 50-60 WPM).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify errors quickly.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
