Gallery 1313 is an artist run centre in Toronto . Gallery 1313 exhibits and promotes contemporary Canadian art. The gallery is incorporated as a non profit organization with charitable status . The gallery was opening Jan. 1998 in an old police station . It is home to the Parkdale Village Arts Collective ( 70 members from across the GTA )
