The Liaison of Independent Filmmakers of Toronto supports and encourages independent filmmaking through the exchange of information and access to equipment and facilities.

In addition to production / post-production equipment and facilities, LIFT supports independent filmmaking via workshops, production grants, screenings and events, a bi-monthly magazine, weekly e-bulletin, monthly script reading series and an on-line cast and crew database.
