Felcom Data Services Inc. was incorporated in November 1999, for the purpose of providing quality Administration, Fund Accounting, Transfer Agent, and Performance & Analytics Services by skilled and experienced professionals, to third parties.

FDS currently provides the above services to more than 25 Mutual Funds and Classes, of which the majority are Canadian Domestic products. In addition, FDS also acts as Transfer Agent to alternative products such as 5 series of Principal Protected Notes.

FDS utilizes FMC for its domestic Fund accounting, PAM for non-domestic Fund accounting and Jewelstone for its transfer agent services, and is online with the FundSERV distribution network, Euroclear, FundSettle and Clearstream.

FDS is a privately held Canadian corporation.
