Our client in the pharmaceutical industry located in Toronto, is looking for an Information Systems, Customer Services Manager. Reporting to the Director, North American Information Solutions, you will lead the Customer Services team and manage all IS related assets in Canada.As IS Customer Services Manager for Canada, you will be responsible for managing IS Customer Services in Canada for approximately 1500 business users both locally and offsite, including monitoring, problem resolution and support of all IS incidents and work orders related to hardware, software, installations and customer relationships.
You will manage all IS related desktop hardware and software assets in Canada, IS asset suppliers and procurement of needed equipment for all Canadian business process areas and prioritize and manage Canadian Customer Services projects and allocate resources accordingly. You will also participate in and lead related global teams and implement global customer services standards.
