Opening for business back in April 1992, Optima Communications International Inc. was formed in a small office housing ten employees charged with the task of renewing magazine subscriptions for Time Life Magazine. Formed as a privately-held corporation by Mr. Don MacLeod. Optima is now considered Toronto’s Top Call Centre. With over 450 employees, Optima is expanding to new facilities in the greater Toronto and surrounding area, Whitby is our newest site. Optima is forever growing with hundreds of motivated professionals on staff consisting of front-lines sales, customer support as well as administrative and management personnel, many of whom started with us as agents.
