Education
• University degree or College diploma in the IT field
• ITIL certification obtained or in progress

Essential Experience

• 5+ years installing and configuring IT Infrastructure
• Platform migration and upgrade experience
• NT and/or UNIX administration experience
• Previous work experience in ITIL based environment
• Familiarity with BMC products
