Role Summary/Purpose
This management role responds to both internal and external business needs on a timely basis.
The position works with various areas of operations management to ensure customer requests
are dealt with and projects are managed according to strict internal processes and completed
successfully on budget and on efficient timelines.
Essential Responsibilities
Demonstrate a high level of customer service in a fast-paced team environment. Facilitate problem
resolution and efficiency to increase customer satisfaction. Ensure timely and accurate responses
to customer inquiries. Responsible for customer account reconciliation’s, providing estimation for
potential contracts, and mass amount of marketing required. Establish a strong working relationship
with other team members allowing for a seamless transition of work. Maintain friendly, efficient,
professional and responsive attitude at all times. Provide personnel training and support on-going
based on a mentorship system. Remain a team player who can liaise with various sections of the
company in order to satisfy requirements. Continually participate in painting or design services to
progress production. Proactively identify improvements in the process to meet customer requests
more efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications/Requirements
Must have a Secondary School Diploma or GED equivalent. Ability to read, comprehend and interpret
manuals, policies, and procedures. Strong technical aptitude in Microsoft Office applications like
Outlook, Excel, and Word. Energetic quick learner who enjoys working with customers and is
responsive and professional with customers. Proficient in mathematics.
Demonstrated problem solving abilities. Strong attention to detail is a must. Adept at multi-tasking.
Good communication skills - verbal and written, and able to communicate with all levels in an
organization. Ability to prioritize work by exercising independent judgment consistent
with company guidelines.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Desire candidates to have a vehicle and be properly insured and licensed.
Compensation
$16ph to start for experienced professionals
$14ph to start for transitioning careers or college students
Additional Compensation
5% commission for residential marketing
10% commission for commercial marketing
