We are building our platform around the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System™. We target single and multi-family homes (both new and retrofit), light commercial properties and North American Utilities. Our overall design philosophy is easy, smart and green. Our first product to market is a Wi-Fi enabled Smart Thermostat and real time electricity display. The product features a full color LCD display, a modern user interface, an internet enabled web portal and intelligent heating, cooling and ventilation algorithms.
