Company Description:

• Editing incoming reports (i.e. Mystery Shops, surveys, etc.)
• Proofreading documents (i.e. forms, instructions, marketing materials, manuals, newsletters etc.)
• Data Entry
• Completing telephone Mystery Shops
• Completing telephone surveys
• Contacting SQM’s Field Representatives
• Contacting potential Field Representatives
• Tracking calls
• Other duties as required

Qualifications: 
The successful candidate will possess or be currently working towards a Degree, Diploma or Major in French, Literature, Linguistics, or Translation. A critical eye for detail is essential for the position. A working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Email and the Internet is mandatory. An understanding of Lotus Notes would be an asset. The ability to be comfortable making telephone calls is required. Strong communication (both written and oral) and outstanding organizational skills are a must. Enthusiasm, energy and a goal / results-oriented attitude are prerequisites. Preference will be given to bilingual applicants especially those with a proficiency in English, French and Spanish.
