Rewind is Toronto's newest designer resale store. Have a love for fashion!? Rewind is the place for you! Rewind is looking for a full time sales associate/ assistant manager. Owner Dawn is looking for someone to be her right hand. The job requires a strong knowledge of fashion trends, customer service and retail organization skills. Rewind carries high end designer clothing at a fraction of retail prices. You will be working with designer clothing such as Chanel, Prada, Gucci, Balenciaga, YSL, just to name a few.

Rewind sales associate responsibilities * Excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through * “Go the extra mile” to drive sales * Merchandise store that coincides with stores image * Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas * Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options * Comply with inventory control procedures * Basic Dailey cleaning tasks of store to insure store is presentable * Understand both the importance of selling and maintaining strong inventory control.

Requirements * 3 or more Proven work experience as a Retail Sales associate, Sales representative or similar * Track record of over-achieving sales quota * Hands-on experience with POS transactions * Extreme Familiarity with inventory procedures * The ability to understand that retail is not just about selling, but to understand there is an equality between maintaining an organized and clean inventory * Strong computer skills * Ability to work individually and as a team * A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus * Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner * Availability to work flexible shifts. Weekends are a must! * Displaying clothing- strong merchandising skills required.
