We are a well established 50 year old design, build, maintain and supply firm. We specialize in decorative water fountains and features in the Greater Toronto Area. We have re branded the company and are thriving within our niche industry and we are looking for one exceptional individual to join and grow with our team.

The ideal candidate would be a recent graduate who has knowledge of plumbing and/or mechanical, someone who can have a flexible schedule and is willing to take training courses to grow their skills and knowledge within our specialty industry.

The day-to-day duties vary but will consist of maintaining water features, assisting in repairs, assistance in design and building of water features.

Responsibilities:

Working with lead technician daily as well as owner

Provide excellent service and customer support during field visits

Preform on-site installations, repair, maintenance and tests

Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solution or fix

Produce daily field reports

Build positive relationships with customers

Knowledge and comfortability to work with power tools

Keep work shop area as well as company vehicle maintained and clean always

Other tasks and duties as required

Requirements:

G License

English speaking and writing

Basic Math

Knowledge of plumbing is an asset

Ability to work alone as well as with others

Ability to work with flexible shifts

Knowledge and ability to work with power tools

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada

Must be willing to work outdoors in changing weather conditions

Must be technically inclined and have a desire to learn

Self-motivated and highly organized to manage workloads with minimal direction

Wears appropriate safety equipment and follow outlined safety protocols and procedures

Prior experience in a customer service role is a tremendous asset
