Company Description:

Busy chiropractic and wellness clinic looking for a part time patient care coordinator. We need someone with flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Must be:

1. Detail oriented

2. Leader- able to take initiative and take charge of situations, including conflict resolution

3. Able to memorize scripts and participate in training sessions (listen to calls, webinars)

4. Flexible with their availability (we often need shifts picked up with only 1-2 days notice to help out during busy times)

5. Willing to increase hours on certain weeks after major events/busy times

6. Able to work evenings and weekends (including some Saturday and Sunday evenings)

7. Able to attend training sessions outside of office hours

8. Must have proficient oral and written communication skills

9. Proficiency in typing and computer usage is a must (Microsoft Word, Excel, Gmail,etc).
