We are looking for: Candidates that are enthusiastic and reliable with proven customer service experience who are looking for a fun and challenging position with our seasonal company. Company Description: Santa’Ville is affiliated with the world's largest ornament manufacturer of personalized Christmas products. Santa’Ville operates 17 locations in Ontario from Ottawa to Waterloo. We retail premium quality personalized ornaments, stockings, table toppers and other decorations. Unique and personalized, each ornament has its own calligraphy applied by trained artists at our shops within five minutes.

Job Duties and Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Sales: Implementing sales strategies Having full product knowledge Upselling according to customer’s wants/needs

- Inventory tracking: Bi-weekly inventory count Reporting any broken/damaged, stolen or inaccurate inventory

- General: General cleanliness and organization Organization of inventory and storage areas Following dress code Time management Customer service

- Problem solving Qualifications: Past retail sales and customer service experience an asset Exemplary penmanship or artistic ability Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Flexible to work day, evening and weekend shifts, based on business needs Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand for long periods of time
