• Assisting Clients in their Homes or Facilities with all Personal Care which include activities of daily living, preparing meals and reinforcing mobility.
• Providing support regarding patient medications(Medication Reminder)
• Acknowledging and reporting changes in a patient’s condition and/or behavior.
• Light Housekeeping and Laundry.

The PSW should have at least 1 year of experience and most have a PSW Certificate, CPR and First Aid. The PSW should drive and have a car.
